All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging with tags and ribbon attached. Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item and ensure any strong perfume scents are not transferred onto the product when trying on the items.

Where is your returns point?
Please contact our customer care team firstname.lastname@example.org for your closest returns point in Europe. We currently have returns points in Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Romania and Hungary. All orders placed via https://eu.shopthecurated.net must be returned to one of these return addresses.
I would like to exchange an item
We are currently unable to provide exchanges. You may return your item/s for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If you need to change the size or colour of an item, please return the products and make a new purchase. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com to submit your return request.
I would like a refund
You may return your item/s for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping will be at your own expense. If you have paid via PayPal, we recommend using their return shipping refund option. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, in its original condition and packaging with tags and ribbon attached. We do not original shipping charges. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request.
How do I proceed to return?

Step 2: Complete the returns form and send the parcel to the address on the returns form. We recommend using your local postal service with tracking. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Step 3: E-mail our customer care team the tracking details once your parcel has been posted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution. Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.
I have received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?
The Curated is committed to providing high quality pieces. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item or the incorrect item! Please submit a return request and our customer care team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Our team will inspect each return and items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty
Can I return discounted items?
Items purchased with discount are deemed final sale and cannot be processed for a return, exchange or credit.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Curated AS and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.
