All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging with tags and ribbon attached. Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order and ensure any strong perfume scents are not transferred onto the product when trying on the items.

All orders placed via https://eu.shopthecurated.net must be returned to our EU returns address.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to provide exchanges. Please return your item/s for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Return During Holiday
For all orders placed for Christmas before the 25th of December come with an extended return window for Store Credit only or in store exchanges by January 7th. Please note we do not offer full refunds for items that exceed our standard return window.
Refunds
You may return your item/s for a refund. You will be charged a €15 return fee (this includes a free DHL returns label) which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
For customers in Switzerland and Iceland you will need to email hello@shopthecurated.net for a return form and return label. You will be charged a €30 return fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

You can submit a return request and receive a DHL Return label through our online portal here:
STEP 1: Please enter your name and contact details
STEP 2. Please be sure to enter your order number under 'Reference Number'.
STEP 3: Check the boxes and click "Create Return"
STEP 4: Download the label sent by email
STEP 5: Print the label and stick it on your package
STEP 6: Deliver your parcel to a Parcel Connect Service Point
If you are located in Denmark and wish to use your local post to return to our Copenhagen store at your own expense (no return fee applied), please email hello@shopthecurated.net for a return form and further information.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution.
Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.
Faulty / Incorrect Items
The Curated is committed to providing high quality pieces. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item or the incorrect item! Please email our customer care team at hello@shopthecurated.net and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Our team will inspect each return and items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. However, sale items can be only exchanged in our physical stores within 14 working days.
Late Returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Curated AS and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Repeated Returns
We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.
